It is very fortunate for me to have a collective of best consultants, managers and staffs, although coming from many different countries, all of them are sharing the common love of Vietnam and the aspiration to develop projects deserving the title of IMPERIAL and to turn Vietnam into an IMPERIAL of the future world. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thang has extensive experiences in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and People Management for MNCs (Fortune top 500). In 10 years, Thang climbed up from a Management Trainee to Country Head. He also worked for a fund management company, where he sharpened his financial and corporate governance knowledge and skills. After years with international companies, Thang now wants to leverage on this experience to develop the organizational capability for local companies.  His   nationalistic spirit  and pride bouyed up  when he  met  the chairman of the Imperial Group , and confirmed to him that he envisions a company that will be passionate and committed to deliver the best products and  excellent services. He is now on the way together with Imperial Group to bring its Vision and Mission to life.

I am a Public Relation Manager from the bottom of my heart and I work with all my passion to tie knots between cultures and nations! Inspired by the Enthusiasm of the Chairman of Imperial group, encouraging us to focus on new ideas I am privileged to work for with my know how and experience gained at the office of the Federal President in Germany. Having a great leadership, a wonderful team which we are counting on, the obliging Vietnamese, who try their best, to move "mountains", you can reach any target you are looking for. Coming from Germany, I am deeply impressed by the Vietnamese people, the never endless smile, the unbelievable speed and the way to make things happen. The best witness was the World Food Festival 2010, organized the first time ever. I tried with the entire team to put the World together and the Imperial group assisted and supported the Government of BR-VT province to fulfill their tireless efforts to celebrate with all their power the Worldfoodfestival in Vung Tau. I was proud for being a team- member and the pr-director of WFF for BR-TV coming from the other side of the world. I will treasure this amazing Lifetime experience forever! We always learn from each other, this is the key role and best way to reach the SUCCESS you are looking for… I am sure, Vietnam is on the way becoming a "Giant in the Sky" because your wonderful performances already reached the Western World, CHUC MUNG for your Internationality which will be spread around the globe......

With nearly 35 years attaching to project management in many different countries, I am truly surprised and impressed by finding here the eagerness, dynamic, passionate strive for improvement and responsibility of The IMPERIAL Group's team. These factors help me to feel younger, full of energy and ready to take charge of management a chain of IMPERIAL Group projects throughout Vietnam.
